This third set of publicity images of Newfoundland was issued in 1932. Except where noted, other values have descriptions incorporated within the designs.

This set was re-issued in 1942, substituting the newer 1938 royal images for the 2c, 3c, 4c and 7c values.

2c King George V.

The original die used for the 2c King George V, printed in both a dark rose and a green, as shown here, had what appeared to be a scar on the side of the king's face, just above the top of his beard. The die was retouched to remove the scar and more green stamps were subsequently printed.

3c Queen Mary, wife of the king.

4c Prince of Wales, later King Edward VIII.

The 5c Caribou was printed from two plates. There are numerous differences between the original and re-engraved versions, with the most obvious being in the height of the antlers at top center and in the branches of the large tree at the left. This stamp was printed at various times in shades of violet and brown-violet.

6c Princess Elizabeth at age 6, later Queen Elizabeth II.

7c Duchess of York, later Queen Elizabeth, wife of King George VI, mother of Princess Elizabeth.
